Oil of Sorrento Dop
This particular extra virgin olive oil comes from the milling of Ogliarola or Minucciola olives.
Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena
A typically Emilian condiment safeguarded by a special consortium. A long aging for a vinegar produced only with grapes from the province of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
